Nina and Dr. Kim met in Thailand. Nina is from Slovenia, and Dr. Kim is from Australia. For so long, we lived disconnected from ourselves, chasing achievements, searching for love and validation outside of us. It took moving across the world to finally see what had been holding us all along: anxiety. The racing heart. The tight chest. The restless nights. The constant overthinking. Through years of healing, we learned not to ignore it or fight against it, but to soften, to listen, and to gently release it. And that’s when life began to feel different. Lighter, freer, so much more magical! Would you like to taste some of that magic, too? You are warmly invited. This is the workshop we wish had existed when we felt lost in the grip of anxiety.

Dr. Kim Lye
Holistic Chiropractor and Somatic Guide
Dr. Kim has over a decade of experience guiding people out of chronic pain and into greater ease. Her work combines ancient body-based practices and nervous system regulation to help people feel safe, resilient, and at peace in themselves. She specialises in supporting those who haven’t found relief through conventional treatments, offering a compassionate, whole-person approach to healing.
Nina Rose
Embodiment and Breathwork Facilitator
Nina helps people to become the most radiant version of themselves - so they can live a life that actually feels as good as it looks. With a deep devotion to self-love and the wisdom of sensation, her work invites you to soften, open, and feel the deliciousness of simply being. Nina believes that true transformation doesn’t come from pushing or fixing, but from listening, loving, and allowing. Her approach is slow and deeply human, always honoring the unique rhythm and wisdom of each person she meets.
Step into gentle practices that honor your body, mind, and heart
In this 1.5 hour workshop, we’ll explore how anxiety moves through the body and mind. Together, we’ll experiment with somatic movements, emotional flow, and gentle breathwork - noticing what lifts, loosens, or simply is in your body. This is a space to tune in, to feel, and to move in ways that quietly restore your sense of balance and presence.
