The answer came in the form of somatic movement. Intrigued, I started studying and created a program for myself, managing just 15 minutes of gentle movement and meditation from bed each day.
Within a week, I felt a small but noticeable change.
With 0 recurring episodes for 2 years!
Slowly and cautiously, I returned to the activities I love. Now I dance, travel, and hit the gym 3-4 times a week.
I'm stronger, healthier and free to do this things I love.
