  • Practical guidance around posture, daily movement, sleep, digestion, and pacing

Sessions are slow, responsive, and led by your body, not a protocol. Each practice is recorded, edited and sent straight to you so you can continue your healing journey in between sessions.

FAQ

  • How long is each session?

    40 minutes via Google Meet. Sometimes we use the full time, sometimes a little less if your nervous system needs rest.

  • What if I’ve tried everything and nothing worked?

    Most of my clients come to me after trying medications, injections, physical therapy, pilates, surgery and more. This work is different, it works with your body, not against it, allowing you to heal from the inside out.

  • Do I need experience with somatics or meditation?

    Not at all. I guide you every step of the way. All you need is curiosity, openness and belief in your body's capacity to heal.
